Do I need to install anything?
No. PBTS runs in Chrome, Edge, Safari or Firefox. You only add a small helper when you want to connect MetaTrader 5: the PBTS Connector on Windows, or the PBTS Web EA inside MT5 on a Mac or a VPS.
Can I use PBTS without MT5?
Yes. Crypto and gold charts load live from Binance with every indicator, drawing tool, alert and Bar Replay. MT5 adds your broker's symbols, your account and trading from the chart.
Does it work on a Mac?
Yes. Open PBTS in Safari or Chrome. To connect MT5 on a Mac, PBTS shows step-by-step instructions for adding the PBTS Web EA to your MT5. Fingerprint or Face ID can unlock the screen lock.
Does Prime Bulls give tips or signals?
No. PBTS is a charting, practice and learning tool. Prime Bulls is not SEBI registered and gives no investment advice, tips or calls. Every trading decision, and its result, is your own.
Is my trading account safe?
PBTS never asks for your broker password, OTP or PIN. The connection runs through your own MT5, and only your account number, server and broker name are shown to PBTS.
What happens when the free trial ends?
You can buy a Pro plan or Lifetime access from your account menu. Your layouts, drawings, alerts and settings stay where you left them.
