01Who we are

Prime Bulls Trading System (“PBTS”, “Prime Bulls”, “we”, “us”) runs the website primebulls.co.in and the web application available on it, together with the PBTS Connector for Windows. These Terms of Use apply to every visitor and every signed-in user. By signing in or buying anything on PBTS you accept these terms, the Privacy Policy, the Refund & Cancellation Policy and the Shipping & Delivery Policy.

02Educational and demo use only

• PBTS is a charting, practice and learning tool. It is meant only for education, research, back-testing, paper trading and demo trading.
• Nothing in PBTS – charts, indicators, signals, arrows, levels, zones, alerts, scanners, AI answers, notes, videos, posts or any other content – is investment advice, research advice, a “tip”, a “call” or a recommendation to buy, sell or hold any stock, derivative, commodity, currency, crypto asset or other instrument.
• Any example, level or result shown is for learning only. Indicators show past price behaviour; they do not predict the future.

03Not SEBI registered

• Prime Bulls, its owner and its team are not registered with the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) as an Investment Adviser, Research Analyst, Portfolio Manager, Stock Broker or in any other capacity, and are not registered with RBI or any other regulator for these services.
• PBTS does not give personalised advice, does not manage money, does not provide portfolio management, account handling or “profit sharing” services, and does not offer any assured, fixed or guaranteed return.
• Prime Bulls never asks for your trading account password, OTP, PIN or money to trade on your behalf. Anyone who does this in the name of Prime Bulls is not from us – do not pay them and report it to support@primebulls.co.in.

04Follow Indian laws and rules

You agree to use PBTS only in a lawful way and to follow all laws that apply to you, including SEBI, RBI, FEMA, stock exchange, broker and income-tax rules. In particular:

• Forex: under Indian law (FEMA and RBI directions), resident Indians may trade currency only in permitted pairs on recognised Indian exchanges through SEBI-registered brokers. Trading forex, CFDs or similar products on overseas or unauthorised online platforms is not permitted for residents of India – RBI publishes an “Alert List” of such platforms. PBTS can show charts from MT5 and other sources; it is your responsibility to check that any broker or platform you use is legal for you. PBTS does not recommend or promote any broker.
• Stocks, F&O and commodities: trade only through SEBI-registered brokers. SEBI studies have found that a large majority of individual traders lose money in equity futures and options.
• Algo / API trading: placing orders through broker APIs must follow SEBI, exchange and broker rules. Trading from PBTS is a tool you control; you are responsible for every order.
• Crypto assets: crypto carries very high risk and gains are taxed under Indian income-tax law (including TDS). Use only lawful, registered exchanges.
• Funded / prop-firm accounts: follow the rules of the firm and the law that applies to you. PBTS is not linked to any prop firm.
• Taxes: you are responsible for reporting and paying all taxes on your trading.

05Risk warning

Never trade with money you cannot afford to lose, borrowed money or money meant for essential needs. If you are unsure, consult a SEBI-registered Investment Adviser before taking any decision.

06Your responsibility

• Every trading or investment decision is yours alone, taken at your own risk. Prime Bulls is not responsible for any profit or loss you make.
• Always check prices and orders in your broker’s own platform before trading. Data in PBTS can be delayed, incomplete, wrong or unavailable; indicators can repaint or change; connections (MT5, Fyers, Binance and others) can fail.
• Keep your broker passwords, API keys, PINs and OTPs secret. You are responsible for the security of your computer and accounts.

07Accounts

• You must be 18 years or older to use PBTS. You sign in with your Google account.
• One account is for one person. Sharing, reselling, copying, reverse-engineering or attacking PBTS or its indicators is not allowed; such accounts can be blocked without refund.
• We can suspend or close an account that breaks these terms or the law.

08Plans, payments and refunds

• New users get a free trial so they can test PBTS before paying anything.
• Paid plans and premium indicators are digital services. Prices are shown in Indian Rupees (INR) on the website before you pay, and the price you pay is the price shown at that time.
• A plan gives access for the period bought (for example 30 days or one year) or for life, as described when you buy it. Plans do not renew automatically; you choose whether to renew.
• Anything you buy – a plan, a premium indicator or any other premium feature – is bought only for education, practice and demo use. Buying it does not make it investment advice, a signal service or a promise of profit.
• Access is delivered online as described in the Shipping & Delivery Policy. Refunds and cancellations follow the Refund & Cancellation Policy.
• Prices and features can change in the future; a change never affects a period you have already paid for.

09Service availability

The service is provided “as is” and “as available”. We work to keep it running, but features can change, be paused for maintenance or be stopped. Third-party data sources and brokers are outside our control.

10Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, Prime Bulls, its owner and team are not liable for any direct or indirect loss, trading loss, loss of profit, data loss or other damage arising from the use of PBTS, from relying on its content, or from the service being unavailable or wrong. In any case our total liability is limited to the amount you paid to Prime Bulls in the three months before the claim.

11Intellectual property

The PBTS software, indicators, design, logo and content belong to Prime Bulls or its licensors. You may use them only inside PBTS for your own use. Charts are made with TradingView Lightweight Charts™, Copyright © TradingView, Inc. (Apache License 2.0).

12Privacy

How we handle your information is explained in the Privacy Policy.

13Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute is first to be raised with us at support@primebulls.co.in so that we can try to solve it. If it cannot be solved, the courts at Firozabad, Uttar Pradesh, India have exclusive jurisdiction.

14Changes and contact
